I can't say enough good things about Phil and the team at Five Star Bath Solutions in Albany, NY. My daughter and her family were in dire need of a bathroom upgrade due to broken shower tiles and mold issues that were causing sneezing and allergy problems. Phil came in, gave us a thorough and professional estimate, and the job was started in about 10 days. The installation, carried out by Latchman, was outstanding. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The job was completed in just 3 days, and the results are fantastic. My daughter and her family can now shower in peace, and I am assured that they are comfortable and happy. Outstanding work by both of these professionals!

Albany Five Star Bath Solutions is great! The sibling duo was kind, communicative, efficient, respectful of my budget and space, and thorough in their preparation for the work. (My shower needed to be replaced because it was leaking into my basement. 😣) I loved the contractors who did the install too. They were respectful of the space, took their time to do things right, and very skilled! (I appreciated the pleasant music they played too, very "your fav grocery store" vibes, lol.) I appreciate that I can now stick suction cup hooks to the walls too! All in all, I recommend them!
