Ralph, the owner and refinisher did an awesome job. It was exactly what we asked for. We could not be happier. He was very prompt and professional. He installed a good exhaust fan in the window, taped off the doorway and put coverings on the floor. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and it was spic and span when he left. In addition he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!

The initial tub refinishing went well. A year after the refinishing (Oct 2018) the tub developed a few chips and the finish is peeling around the tub drain. When I contacted Ralph Sica in late September 2018, he scheduled an appointment to be at my house on Sat. Oct 6th, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. I waited at my home until 1:30 PM that same afternoon, but no one ever showed up. I did call all available phone numbers for this business and sent an email. As of today, November 5, 2018, I have never heard back from Ralph Sica. Just asking for him to stand by his product and make the necessary repairs.

The entire process was seamless. From the time we made initial contact, we were made aware of what to expect, the appointment was kept, the quality of work was excellent and the repair seems to be holding up very well.

what an amazing transformation! I went from pink and black tile to a linen and charcoal checkerboard. I went from a pink floor to a charcoal floor. I am finally able to say I am proud of my bathroom. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! They were friendly, affordable, and professional. The smell really wasn't that bad. Ralph vented the room quite well. Would definitely recommend.

They redid a tub in an old house I own. I was so impressed I had them return and refinish a small sink. Work was done in a professional manner, cleaned up after work was done.

This was a scheduled "two day" activity - The tub one day and the floor two days later. The complete work met or exceeded our expectations! In preparation, all walkway areas were draped with drop cloths or 5 mil plastic sheeting (chemical area). Mr Sicko explained the overall work activity and answered all of my wife's questions or concerns before starting. We opted for a tub color enhancement, for an additional cost, so that our old "bright white" 1950's tub would now match the American Standard replacement toilet shade of white (a slightly softer, "creamer" shade). The tile floor refinishing was equally impressive. The old grey/white tiles with areas of patch work repair behind the toilet and any discolored grot lines were now a uniform color of light grey ("stone") with a slightly flecked surface giving the floor the desired very clean appearance.

Very well. The owner and his wife were prompt and polite in answering questions we had. They suggested that we use Angie's List to get a discount on services, which we did. The owner was on time. The entrance way and stairs were covered to avoid dirt being tracked in and the bathroom was left clean when the job was done. The tub looks great and matches the subway tile. The only negative is that the smell lingered for a number of days afterward.

Ralph is extremely professional, obviously very experienced and meticulous. He performed the work promised exactly to specification. He refinished my aqua blue standard tub in pure white. The result is far far better than I had even hoped. The tub appears new, just installed. Besides the care taken in the spray work, everything was carefully masked, the grouting was meticulous (Ralph properly used white grout for the tub, clear for my shower doors - a small detail, but shows he pays attention) and there was absolutely no overspray. We had some small issues with the shower doors, but he was absolutely professional and helpful working through them. I am very pleased.

Ralph did a great job on the tub, and was very knowledgeable when pointing out other issues he discovered during the job. Also, he said that he would return (after the coating cured, and at no extra charge) to grout around the outer part of the tub to make sure the job was completed properly. I much appreciated the effort he put into it and the terrific results!
