"I cannot recommend Five Star Bath Solutions enough. Felicia Trifaro showed me all the possibilities, and helped me select all the materials used in both bathroom renovations. Phil Trifaro took accurate measurements and informed of the installation process. They worked with my schedule on installation time. Now time for installation, Phil introduced us to both installers, Latchmal and Rocky and got our renovations started. He and Felicia also stopped in to make sure our projects were running smoothly. Our workmen paid excellent attention and were meticulous with all details. Their work was accurate and precise in every aspect. Our projects took four days to complete. Each evening we went over what had been done, everything was cleaned picked up and stored for the next days work, in addition to being informed regarding what would come next. From sales (Mitch) to the work crew (Latchman and Keen) and the owner (Phil), everyone patiently answered our questions, explained everything, and provided a quality product. The crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing the tile bathtub walls with the waterproof panels all in one day, and left the space clean when done. Communication throughout the planning and execution phases was quickly responsive and respectful. I would definitely hire them again if our other bathroom should ever need the same repair."

We started combing through Angie's List and stumbled upon V&S Tile & Bath Remodeling in Latham, NY. We read through almost 100 reviews with an average of 4.82/5.00 stars and thought these guys were too good to be true. Not so! They came in here and in 5 days, as promised, remodeled our entire second-floor bathroom at a very fair price. They replaced our tile floor with marble, replaced the vanity, sink, and toilet, and replaced a tired old bathtub with a walk-in shower that looks like it came out of a home design magazine. They also replaced 2 other toilets in our home while they were here. Were they timely? You could set your clock by these guys! They showed up every morning on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up as they went, not they made much of a mess at all. I did a lot of this type of work in my younger days so I can be a bit judgmental, but I could not find one single issue with the work they did. Sergey was a pleasure to deal with. He answered emails and texts in a timely manner and did not sneak in any extra charges at the end. He gave us exactly what we asked for. His crew, Alex, Eugene, and Slavo (not sure I have the spellings correct) and his father were fantastic, each one a true craftsman. Trust me, I do not know any of these guys nor do I know anyone who knows them, and I am not related to them. This is a straight-up, 100% honest review.
