Next came the installation crew of Tim and Dan, these two are machines. They got right to work trenching the perimeter and then installing the drainage channel. Start to finish job completed in roughly six hours. Job site was left cleaner than I expected when dealing with concrete dust. They dug down outside and found two small holes which they patched and put waterproof concrete along the whole side wall and installed a drainage pipe to keep water away from the basement wall. They put sealer around flashing of the windows. I also had them replace the step at the back door which had patio steps that kept coming loose. They put one concrete step and I had them install a railing too. I also had them repair the concrete wall of the bilco door too. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them."
