"I rented for seven years. It was a constant nightmare. No pest control, maintenance requests are just ignored or months late, rent hikes are constant. Total scum lords. Rent hikes costed me $700 monthly ($100 more each year) Told me to pay for my own pest control for the rodents and roaches at this property and won’t pay me back (totally breaks the law and doesn’t care) Using rent fixing as well. Run for the hills, hopefully these terrible deplorable peoples will shut their doors soon."

"Because of COVID, my windows were delayed. Communication from the salesman could have been better, but that is nit picking. I am super happy with my windows - and one set was very difficult to place. Despite this, the job was done perfectly. It is VERY obvious which of my windows were placed by ASW&D. My rooms are MUCH warmer, and sound from the road less noticeable. Owner was very kind and professional. My house was left cleaner than when they started. Hope to replace the rest of my windows in the near future using ASW&D."
