"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

Nick took the time to understand our vision, explaining through some of the logistics of accomplishing our goals, & even recommended some alternatives we never would have considered. The quality of that personal experience was enough to convince me he was the guy for the job. He & his workers were all very professional, & he took several mid-project requests or additions in stride, never making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Communication throughout the process was great, & any delays due to materials, etc were always very transparent. In the past when using larger firms, I often felt uncomfortable asking questions; feeling as though I was being viewed as a nuisance. "Overall, Mark (owner of Nail & Pails) was extremely professional and personable, and our counter top looks beautiful. Mark returned our phone call in a timely manner and was very prompt in responding to our inquiry, scheduling a visit within the week. He came to see us for a consultation to determine if the job was within the scope of his ability, which it was, and we discussed the specific details of our situation (extending counter top, not having a beveled edge, L corner, floating installation). We purchased our counter top from another retail store and Mark worked around the arrival schedule as we waited for it to come in. He also quoted us a specific price and a specific amount of time to complete the job. As far as the actual work goes, Mark was extremely detailed oriented and he took special precaution when combining the two counter tops at the corner. Rather than just gluing at the corner, he created a system to combine them underneath to create a tight joint, and used glue as a secondary support. This is just one example of how he went above and beyond expectations to provide us with a better service. Though Mark worked diligently, it took him a few extra hours to complete the job. He honored his original price despite working extra hours and was very thorough with the clean up afterward; he even volunteered to take away some of the extra old counter top! We did have some unforeseen house issues arise throughout the installation, and Mark had solutions to each one, but he also informed us of approximate prices while he was fixing the problems so we were not taken by surprise when our total was slightly higher than the quoted price. Throughout the process, Mark offered solutions to other kitchen remodeling questions (cabinet wall space, tile backsplash, etc.) and he volunteered to help us with other projects if we needed help. At the end of this process, we have a beautifully installed counter top that has held up well over time. Additionally, Mark was easy to talk to and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Nails & Pails for other handyman projects to both family and friends, and I will likely be using his services again in the future!"

"Awful, first appt serviceman arrived with no ladder, even though I clearly described the job as venting from the 2nd floor and a ladder would be needed, rescheduled for next day, OK. Next day serviceman arrives does the job and leaves, we think everything is OK. A couple days later, my wife does a couple loads of laundry and the laundry room feels like a sauna, apparently a leak in the vent. Called, had to wait a week for an appt, service man came and taped the duct extensively. Next day the dryer is taking a long time to dry, Signal on the dryer indicated an air flow problem. Call again and had to wait another week for an appt. The next appt was yesterday 10/23 I missed the call from the serviceman, but when I called today was told that he was here at my house. I had 5 people at the house, myself , wife, son, grandson, and mother in law. Garage was open all day, and the front door was ajar. No one heard anything, knock or doorbell. Totally frustrated called again and all they said that he was there. I will call for service from another company, I want a full refund and will call the Better Business Bureau to complain about the level of service I received."
