Horrible job. Approx 550 Sq ft and paid $1600 cash. They were only supposed to grind up old grass/weeds and reseed. When they ground up the old grass/weeds, they removed a great deal of topsoil with it and thus had to bring some in. Full of stones and is hard...Supposed to be screened topsoil...
