He meticulously cleaned the work areas, was kind, respectful, and walked me through all of what he was doing. He even removed the poles from my previous metal fence. Wow. It was so refreshing to communicate with professionals who answered all of my questions and actually welcomed them before the project began and during the installation. I had a specialized attic project that required a lot of expertise. In addition, even though their proposal was much more comprehensive than any other, the quote was not only fair but extremely competitive.
