He came up with a unique but very effective solution to a floor rot problem and executed it very well and in a timely manner. He was also looking out for our interests by showing us where we could save money and still do things the right way. The job he was hired for was a rotted floor, door, storm door, and partial wall at the entryway to our sunroom caused by splash damage from our deck railing getting behind our siding and the poor initial build quality.
