"I appreciated John's communication with us on his intentions as much as his quality of craftsmanship. He came up with a unique but very effective solution to a floor rot problem and executed it very well and in a timely manner. He was also looking out for our interests by showing us where we could save money and still do things the right way. I'll probably be hiring him again for additional remodeling and repair work in the near future. The job he was hired for was a rotted floor, door, storm door, and partial wall at the entryway to our sunroom caused by splash damage from our deck railing getting behind our siding and the poor initial build quality. Thanks to John, we now have a new subfloor (including insulation), a new door/storm door and new flooring. The room looks amazing now.
