SOUNDVIEW HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

We recently had our entire heat, ac and duct work replaced by Soundview HVAC and they are truly deserving of my Five Star Rating. From the very 1st consultation and subsequent proposal by Phil at Soundview, it has been a wonderful experience. Lenore in the office put everything in motion and was readily available to assist along the way. The installation went very well and the crews were outstanding and very professional. They placed covering on the floors from my front door all the way to the attic making certain to keep everything clean. The professionalism and workmanship was Six Sigma level work. I highly recommend Soundview HVAC for any of your Heating and AC needs.

Our heat stopped working on the 2nd floor. I called their # after another company that we get oil from wsnt able 2 come for the issue, They actually referred Soundview. Now I don’t know if Kenny is the owner or employee, but Kenny called & spoke with, never once was the conversation about making an appoint. & getting off the phone…….think about that…..it’s below 10° he is as busy as ever. Kenny wants to talk to me about my problem. Idk, I was amazed. He walked me thru some things I can do, educated me on my boiler, give me scenarios and what to do. It was like calling a friend or a brother. He walked me thru everything didn’t rush me off the phone so he can charge me $200 (idk what he charges, we never talked rates, I’m guessing the going rate) he helped me with out coming to the home. All I can say is, Kenny now has a client for all my hearing and CAC issues. We are thinking about getting new CAC, his 10 min. Call, his respect may have just landed him a lifetime customer.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but my experience with Soundview was something I wish no one has to ever experience themselves! They are corrupt, disrespectful, and extremely selfish for profits. I paid $105 for a diagnosis, then the contractor went back to the office for me to receive an email back from Brianna Tortorella for a quote of $1,600 for three parts required to fix my Fujitsu condenser unit. Due to the pyramid scheme of HVAC parts being sold to only HVAC contractors, I had to spend significant time towards extensive research on purchasing the three parts for a much cheaper price. The parts were purchased from Ferguson, which is an industry leader of selling premium HVAC parts and tools, but after a phone call with Soundview the owners were aggravated their window for profits was diminished and said “warranties” to be the reason for not being able to install the parts. Sure, we live in a capitalist market, it’s sad to see a business so self-indulged in their own profits and lose the keen sense of providing quality service. Do not waste your time or money with this company, terrible business methods!!

The owner was very good. The staff was thorough, professional and did the job correctly. They did it until it was completed. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and professional service and a very fair price. Explained exactly what I needed and what I did not need. BurnerKing tried telling me last year that I needed to replace the boiler - now a year angle a half later and proven not true! Soundview saved me many thousands of dollars and they have earned a lifetime customer. Thank You! Danny is an outstanding serviceman and very professional. These are good people - look no further.

Parts ordered.

Fine. No problems were found and nothing needed parts or repair.

The entire project was done in one day. In an extremely hot attic the men lifted more weight then I thought was possible through the opened return grate in the ceiling! They tarped everything and vacuumed their way out! All the old equipment was removed.

It wasn't the best price, but they did good work. The only thing I have is I still haven't received my rebate check from March.

Well - tough to make an appointment but once that was done contractor was prompt, and seemed to do a good job!

Installation completed in 1 day by very professional, efficient and courteous staff.

Wonderfully, they replaced the thermostat, cleaned the unit, and gave recommendations. If there is anything above A+ I would them higher.

I was pleasantly surprised that the technician performed only what was supposed to be done!  No other supposed repair or parts needed at this time.  Also told me I only need a follow-up appointment every two years! I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Soundview did a great job, were very professional, and worked very quickly. They did a great job installing a high quality central air system and were clean and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of central air.

I ended up calling someone else who let me when he would be at my house. He kept in contact and came in a reasonable time and completed the job.

I called Soundview at 9:00 am when they opened. They told me they could be at my house between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. I asked if they can get here closer to 11:00 am. Someone showed up at 10:15 and the job was finished by 10:45. That's service!!!

I called Soundview first thing in the morning. The woman answering the phone was helpful and was able to send a technician that afternnon. Brian quickly determined that their was no power to the thermostat and quickly found the problem and fixed it. From initial call to final service I couldn't have been more pleased with how nice everyone was and their professional conduct. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heaating or AC service.

When I called Soundview, I got a "live" person right away.  It was their answering service.  The gentleman who answered was polite and took down my information.  He said I would receive a call back.  He was right!  Brian called me back about an hour later.  He was on a job, and after I described the problem we agreed he would contact me as soon as he finished on  his current job.  He called me back sooner than expected and said he'd be here in half an hour, and he arrived as promised.

Brian was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  He diagnosed the problem.  He explained the system to me and talked while he worked.  He is very personable.  He gave me advice on how to better maintain the furnace.  I felt comfortable having him in my home and confident in the work he was doing.  His price was what he said it would probably be based on the problem as I had described it on the phone.

I will definitely use this company again; probably to install a new hot water heater and service the air conditioning unit.

Everything was great from the estimate to the install.
