On both occasions, Bill was friendly, professional, since my son and I aren't really plumbing friendly, he was very thorough when explaining everything he was doing. Bill gave us different cost-efficient options, told us which he thought would be the best way to go. If you are looking for a plumber who knows what he is doing and is also trying to help the customer save money as well, Pipe Doctor Plumbing is the way to go. After our experiences with Bill, how honest and knowledgeable he is, and how once his work is complete, we have NEVER had to call him back to fix something he had already fixed, I do not think I would ever be comfortable with trusting another plumber after Bill.
