Fantastic service. Job was completed quickly, and staff was clean.

Called about defective and low-performing AC unit. First call was great, but the problem was not fully resolved. Came back and convinced me to get the brand-new system at very high cost. Even though the installation and response was satisfactory, unfortunately, the new unit not working much better than the old one.

They contacted me immediately after I found them on Home Advisor. They came to the house when they said they would. The technician, Chris , was very personable and efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned the sensor 1-2-3. I understand the need for a baseline charge to show up for a repair call, but considering the whole thing took 5 minutes and required no special tools or replacement parts, I would have liked a break in the price. That said, no complaints at all. Have already posted a shout out to Tedco on Facebook. Great people to deal with!

So personable, very concerned that we are seniors and we had no heat. Did everything they could to get the heat back on even though a part would take forever to order, they thought out of the box and customized a piece to make it work!
