No rushing. Then we apply the proper amount of sealant. Most of times we apply with brushes.This provides a thicker coat and a more smooth finish..It costs a Lil more but we'll worth the price.Most driveways will last between 2 and 3 years before another application is needed.

"I don't normally write reviews but MSEAL deserves to be an exception. Mike and his team did an excellent job on my driveway sealing. Then, as promised, he came back more than a year later to fix some cracks that developed, at no cost to me. There are many fly-by-night companies out there that offer driveway work. But MSEAL does a much better job. Yes, they charged a bit more but the professionalism and work quality were wll worth it. Thanks Mike!"
