"I received a call instantly after looking on Angi's list and scheduled an estimate. Although I gave 4 stars for price, it's only because everything is So expensive. Nick was extremely responsive to text when we continued to have bats inside. We went with the full house removal as suggested originally. Luckily no more bats and the 1 year guarantee is piece of mind. I would highly recommend them. Very professional."

"Don?t bother for yellow jackets or bees. Despite being ?professionals? they won?t remove trim or do anything to physically access and remove the nest, and will only treat the access point from the exterior. Could take 7-10 days to see improvement, maybe, despite being told 24-48 hours, and when you call back after no improvement it takes them another 3-4 days to schedule return visit. Save yourself the time and money and either do what they can do yourself, or call someone else who actually will remove and not just treat a nest. Not worth $30 let alone the $300 they charge. Amateurs as best."

"I contacted this company almost 2 years ago. The “training” they provide is not training. It’s a piece of paper they give you to train your own dog. My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"

"Empty promises. Please use another company. Once my pest was identified via microscope(springtails), they continued to take my money while treating for 3 months and when not resolved, I was told that specific species was not covered under my contract and would be an additional charge. The manager Joe told me "I am not sending someone out every 3 weeks for something that is not ever going to go away". PLEASE GO WITH A COMPANY THAT VALUES THIER CUSTOMERS."

"I am not impressed with their mole eradication service. The first time they came, it was obvious they did something. After that, we still had moles. Subsequent visits didn't seem to do anything. Still have moles. A pricey boondoogle. They were not the company I first called but apparently when you call one company, Angie's list automatically posts other companies so be careful to check who you get a call back from"

"Everything went great. Adam was a great guy and worked around my schedule (weekends). He stopped by for an inspection and cleared me to burn wood the winter, no cleaning was needed. He penciled me in for the spring/summer and recommended an upgraded damper to cut down on drafts when not in use. He even looked at the rest of my venting for hot water heater and gas fireplace in the basement. Will use him again for sure."
