Empty promises. Please use another company. Once my pest was identified via microscope(springtails), they continued to take my money while treating for 3 months and when not resolved, I was told that specific species was not covered under my contract and would be an additional charge. The manager Joe told me "I am not sending someone out every 3 weeks for something that is not ever going to go away". PLEASE GO WITH A COMPANY THAT VALUES THIER CUSTOMERS.

These guys are great! The technician was right on time, very thorough, found the nest, explained everything to me, and handled the problem. I really appreciated his explanations, since I am a new homeowner and had no experience with bees. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Original serviceman was too large to fit in attic even though salesman had come out to scope and quote the work. Service we recieved comprised of throwing two bait packs in the attic and then leaving, but not before handing us a $375 bill. Follow up service only focused on mice even though the primary issue was for the squirels. Tried to resolve the dispute with management but was during the discourse was presented with laughter as to why we thought we were entitled for any refund even though full service wasn't delivered...astonishingly poor customer service from start to finish!

Russell called 1/2 hr. before he got to my home to let me know when he would be there. He was very professional and courteous.  He explained what he was doing with Gator the enitre time they were checking my home & car.  He was very good with the dog gently asking him to find the bugs.  Gator thankfully did not find any.  I was very happy to pay for restoring my piece of mind. He did not try to scare me as I had read some companies do.

I originally had a problem with carpenter ants in December 2013. One of their service representatives came out and sprayed several areas in the interior of my home. A few months later in February 2014, the ants reappeared in a variety of locations. Once again, they sent a technician who sprayed the interior of my home. I told the technician where I was seeing them and asked him if he could spray in additional locations instead of the same ones as last time. He obliged. A service represented returned in May to spray the exterior of the home to prevent the ants from entering. This month, July 2014, the ants have once again reappeared. I called Northeast Pest Control again but was told by the representative on the phone that I would have to pay the charge again for them to come and spray the interior for the ants. I was confused by this and inquired why I had to pay again since they claim on their web site that they guarantee a home will be carpenter ant free. I was told by the representative that the warranty they provide is only good for 30 days from the date the work is performed and that they could not rid my home of the ants completely, that they could just try and control them. The representative informed me the spray they use is only good for generally three to six months which is why they had returned. I was under the impression that this company would eliminate the ants but was told by the representative that they are not an exterminator. Their web site claims that they specialize in eliminating carpenter ants and guarantee your home will be carpenter ant free but apparently that is not the case.

They used a system called Centocon which is what they use at the White house and we've had absolutely no problem since then. They re-exterminated the previous pest control company's work. They did the exterminating from outside instead of the inside for $1200.

There was an upfront cost and then there was a monthly cost. I signed up for a one year contract. It was around $300 for the upfront and then about $40 a month. They beat everybody else on price. I did compare them with a bunch of other companies on Angie's List and they came in the lowest. Honestly, the guy who came out was friendly, fine, on time and all the things that you look for. Really, the reason I picked them was because of price and because they've got so many good reviews on Angie's List. I haven't had a ton of exposure with them yet. They came out first time to do the initial visit and that's really it. The rep came out first and he was nice and then the tech came out to do the visit and he was fine as well.

They showed when scheduled. 
Old flooring was removed promptly ,but took longer than expected.   They did not return for about a week to begin putting down new floor.  Base of plywood was installed, but took longer than expected.  The new flooring had not been ordered promptly, then was out of stock, so another
week or so goes by.  New flooring finally came in and was installed.
As much as I like Jay and Mike,  this job was poorly coordinated  and took way too long.

It went pretty well. We called and they were there immediately. They showed up in a few hours. They had a reasonable price. I just explained the situation and they arranged for a time to meet. I called my son, so he met them there. An hour later it was all settled up. They were gone by dinner time. The guy was very polite. He explained everything he was doing.

The quality of their work is great. I have never used any other company. They are very good. 

My sister was very happy with them. They did a very effective job.
