Well, we’ve been customers of these people for well over a decade, NEVER again. Last week my wife went to pick up some medicine for our dog. An employee (Emma) angrily thrusts her hand out yelling for my wife to put her mask on. My wife (we are vaccinated) was still in the doorway, not even fully inside yet, but as she wasn’t looking for trouble she quickly puts her mask on before she was even inside. Not good enough for the pre triggered employees! Emma started calling my wife stupid and ridiculous repeatedly, going off about “people like you” and how she didn’t need her job and so on. C’mon New Baltimore Animal hospital, tell the community which one of the “people like you” deserves this kind of treatment! We are not the type of people who would go around refusing to wear a mask and argue about it, even now with being vaccinated if anyone asks us to put a mask on anyway, we do. But we do not think we deserve your employees to berate and insult us because we are apparently by their preconceived notions the “people like you” they don’t feel any desire to treat any other way than like absolute garbage. To make matters worse, Dr. Trout comes out and prejudges the whole scenario, announces that we are no longer welcome there even though my wife did NOTHING at that stage but get verbally abused by their triggered employee. Apparently she could look my wife up and down and decided that she must be the “people like you” the other employee clearly wanted to start trouble with. At that point, my wife (wearing her mask as requested) having been verbally abused, pre judged and insulted just for the ego of their employees told them “f-you” and left. Even more rich was how not all the employees were even wearing a mask INSIDE the store while the whole thing went on. But apparently they judged us to be the “people like you” that they will gleefully treat the way we were treated and the mask thing is arbitrary, and since not everyone had a mask, only certain groups of people are the “people like you” they have a problem with.

This vet practice is top notch. Last year, Dr. Brown diagnosed my elderly cat John Boy with chronic renal disease, and prescribed the usual subQ fluid treatment along with prescription food. I’ve done that before, many years ago with another cat, and it kept her alive but barely, because she was hardly eating. I’m sure the special cat food tasted horrible. But Dr. Brown added something: she prescribed a topical appetite stimulant to rub on the inside of John Boy’s ear. TaDa! Victory! It’s been almost a year, and he’s happy and eating well. Replenishing his supplies in this time of COVID 19 is a cinch: I phoned in my request yesterday afternoon, they called back within the hour and said it was ready for pickup, and when I arrived and phoned in from the parking lot, my order was cheerfully walked out to me. So simple! New Baltimore Animal Hospital is so friendly, efficient and professional!

I use Dr. Bailey. I highly recommend them for everything. I always use them. He is just very personable, very caring, and very good at what he does, so all the above. You can tell him we love him.

My dog was suffering from bone cancer. They handled his pain management and euthanization with compassion, integrity and professionalism. To my surprise, they did not charge me to put him to sleep. I had never had that experience with any other vet.
They also sent a beautiful and heart-felt sympathy card, and even made a donation in his name to the Fauquier County SPCA.
I had some left over pain medication which was quite expensive. They accepted it as a donation to be given to someone with a suffering pet who could not easily afford it.

They were fabulous. I feel that they are a knowledgeable, professional and caring facility. I think that there price is average for the area. I will continue to use them.

They are very good. I think their price is appropriate for the service they provide. I have never felt like I was overcharged. We've had a lot of things done; we had one that had surgery and their usual yearly wellness checks. They've been very good and it's a multiple vet office so usually there is someone available. We haven't been going to any other vet for so long so I'm assuming that they are right in the ballpark with everybody else.

They have been my vet for many years and have always been very caring and compassionate. Wonderful people.

Wait time was minimal. Time between assistant check and vet check no
more than five minutes. Attending Vet had been there many years. Noted
extra compassion on the part of all staff members in regards to the
cats. Discount provided for bringing in more than one animal at the same
time. Changed to this facility after current clinic was taken over by a
for-profit stock company where I felt the concern was now to the
shareholders more so than the patients. This facility is independent and
has been in operation for many years. Its clean and homey with separate
waiting areas for cats and dogs. They provide leashes if needed.
Previously in September 2012 another of my cats developed a sudden head
tumor which this office carefully reviewed with sonigram, etc and
referred me to a neurosurgeon. This ultimately saved my cat's life and
the staff there are always asking about his progress. I would not
hesitate to recommend New Baltimore to anyone looking for competent pet
care at reasonable prices.

The staff and Dr. Stark were all very aware of my concerns and made sure that my pet was in the best condition possible and he came thru the surgery without any problems. He's recovered beautifully! They were professional and they clearly love what they do. I would recommend them highly, plus they always follow up to make sure everything is fine.

It's quite good. They've been taking care of our animals for many years. They take good care of our animals. They're as competitive as anybody else, satisfactory in price. They're just an excellent animal hospital. We have several to choose from here and that's the one we've chose, because of experience.

They have been very good to us. When our Golden Retriever was put down, they sent us a condolence card which was very sweet. They are reasonably priced and the vets there are very good.
