Excellent, my dogs loved Dr. Lori!

Ongoing follow-up bloodwork for senior kitty with low-grade Lymphoma that is on Lomustine chemotherapy. Performed physical exam, and also bloodwork to check CBC levels, as they can drop due to side effects of chemo. As red blood count was a bit low, prescribed iron supplement to help with that. Included in the bloodwork was a thyroid profile, as cat has mild hyperthyroidism also, and was recently taken off thyroid meds because it can interact negatively with the chemo.
Dr Langdon is extremely thorough, and gives customers individualized attention, with the best interests of the animal always at the forefront of treatment. This appointment, was one of 20 or more at this veterinary practice since Oct 2013 when the cat was diagnosed with low-grade intestinal lymphoma. Dr Langdon served as medical advisor when we made visits to other specialty/oncology vets for this cat, and managed the overall treatment plan. Made many ad-hoc appts with Milton vet at a moments notice throughout this pet's illness, and Dr Langdon made herself available by phone for advice after hours on several occasions. The staff is outstanding, very helpful and friendly.
We have brought all our pets (3 cats 1 dog) to this practice since Dr Langdon acquired it years ago. We can't say enough about the compassionate, expert care they provide. In my opinion it is difficult to find expert care with this quality of customer service. Highly recommend Milton Veterinary Hospital for pet healthcare.

.Our 14yo female cat's appetite was declining for a week or so, brought cat in for vet exam as her eating had dropped down to next to nothing. Cat began eating after receiving appetite stimulant later that day and into next day. (which was a Saturday)
On the weekend however, cat became distressed and unresponsive, had to take to animal urgent care as cat was vomiting and in distress. Urgent care facility performed x-rays and exam, and prescribed anti-nausea meds and antacids, and recommended follow up with primary vet (Milton Vet) on Monday after the weekend concluded.
Dr Langdon from Milton vet consulted with us over the phone repeatedly the entire week to assist up with the next steps. She conferred with other veterinary clinics to set up further diagnostics (ultrasound) and potentially intestinal surgery on our behalf. She is generous with her time, and has the best interest of the animal as her primary concern.
We have brought all our pets to Milton vet since Dr Langdon took over ownership from Dr Crotoff, we can't be any more pleased with this practice. (we have been here for dozens and dozens of pet appointments over the years).
Dr Langdon is very thorough and also has terrific rapport with customers and their pets.
The entire facility has great customer service, and is easy to work with, from the folks at the desk, to the techs and to Dr Langdon herself.
Highly recommended, you won't find a more caring veterinary clinic.

Office staff are personable and warm. Everyone is interested in you and your animal's well- being. We board at Milton Manor because the vet is on call. Great peace of mind when we travel.

The vet is excellent! She is very thorough. They call back and follow up with the concerns. I am very happy with them compared to the other vets I have been to.

I have gone to Dr. Lori since she has bought the practice from Dr. Crotoff and was with him from when he opened the clinic about 20 years ago. I had a beloved dog that was very close to me and had to make the decision to put him to sleep. Dr. Lori helped me to give him all the attention that he needed on a weekly basis for close to 6 months. When we found that he was just losing the battle with his illness is when I had to make a decision. At the time her and her staff were very supportive. Letting me take the time to say good-bye and was with me and held me after the procedure to let me cry. Dr. Lori was also crying. I have been to different vets and have had to make this decision 2 other times and have never seen a vet so supportive and involved with my pets as she and her staff is.

They are excellent veterinarians. The office staff is welcoming, not just to you but to your pet as well. The veterinarian always takes time at the beginning of the visit to pet our dog and put him at ease, often sitting on the floor with him for a minute or two so that he is not frightened. They are gentle and non-threatening during examinations, shots, and procedures. We never feel rushed and get full answers to all of our questions. Prescription medicine is a bit pricey, but that's the case with most office-supplied medication. We tried other vets when we moved here five years ago, but Milton Veterinary Clinic is by far the best and we recommend them to everyone who asks.

It went fine. They get straight A's across the board. I've been using them since we moved out here 8 years ago and I will continue to use them.
