Chris found that the squirrels had done extensive damage to our gable entrances. he installed a one way door and did repairs And rescreening on both gables. then sealed up other lower access points and trimmed the trees close to the house. He was professional and extremely helpful and communicative thru the entire job. We haven't had any sounds since his work and are very happy. We would recommend him to everyone!

Chris was a very polite and dependable professional. We called him about a bat problem. He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of our home. He located all the areas where bats could get in our attic. He climbed up on the roof and checked every nook and cranny on the roof and chimney and carefully measured the areas that needed sealing. He even took the time to sweep bat droppings off the roof. He returned several days later with a proper fitting chimney cap for our very huge, old chimney and all the materials for sealing up the other openings. He worked diligently to seal every opening except for a slender tube he installed in the attic so the bats could safely leave the attic, but not be able to get back in. No bats were harmed, but they did leave and did not return. After two weeks, Chris returned when he said he would. He removed the tube and sealed up the opening. And we knew our bat problem was solved. Chris guarantees his work for three years. He did tell us that we needed to call him if we have any work done on the exterior of our home. He said he would come out and make sure none of the sealed areas were disturbed. We appreciated Chris' pleasant attitude and reliability. We felt his price was fair, and we feel he effectively took care of our bat problem.

Chris was very professional and very friendly. Considering we had never dealt with this type of service before it was nice to have someone so easygoing and knowledgeable to talk to about it. Chris and his partner were prompt and worked quickly. I highly recommend hiring United Bat Control of New York!!

He found cracks where they get in. He sat up ways to block them getting in. He was going to come back to see if there was any bat drops. He was suppose to get back but he got injured and I have not seen him for 2 months.

Chris inspected our house for bats as we had experienced an increase in bat sightings on the exterior of our home. He called us back quickly and made an appointment for the same day. Chris was on time for the appointment and inspected the exterior and attic of our home. Thankfully we did not have bats roosting in the house but he offered suggestions for things we might screen up better to be sure that we don't in the future. He graciously did not charge us for the service call although we did expect him to as he spent about 45 minutes at our home. Very professional and would call again if needs be.

They arrived as scheduled and did a full house (four floors and exterior) inspection for past and present evidence of bats. They answered all questions I had and provided an estimate for a complete work on batproofing this old victorian. We decided not to go with the work at this time. If, in the future we decide to go further they definitely would be contacted.

The whole process with Chris was great. We were awoken to a bat in our house in the middle of the night/early morning. After trapping the bat on a porch, we called Chris who came right to our house within 15 minutes. The bat had hidden in a wall and Chris told us to call him when the bat reemerged. Around 8:30, the bat started flying around again. We called Chris and he arrived within 10 minutes and removed the bat. In the morning, Chris searched our attic and determined that we did not have a bat colony and it was probably a lone bat. He identified where it got in and suggested how I could fix it myself. During the whole process Chris was polite, professional and an all around great person to work with. I would highly recommend this business.

Chris Morrison arrived right on time for our appointment. After some initial conversation, he went up into the attic with my husband to look for any bat activity. After a visual inspection of the attic, he went around the perimeter of the house using extension ladders to check every possible entry point. He did find a second entrance. As a additional precaution, he attached screening material over all the attic vents on the outside to keep the bats from entering through the vents. He then installed one-way and quot;bat doorsand quot; at each of the entry points that would allow the bats to get out to feed but not get back in. Before leaving we scheduled a return appointment one week later to evaluate the situation. Chris was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and we would highly recommend him.

Chris showed up on short notice, very promptly, I might add. He fully explained what he does, how much it cost, and the procedure he would use.
He sealed the areas common for bats to use (ridge vents that buckle), and installed a one-way bat door. Waited a few weeks and then removed the bat door and sealed the spot where the door was and re-checked all other areas.
He provides a 3-year warranty for re-entry. Note, that I have TWO very large and steep roofs (12 on 12 pitch) that he had to climb up and seal the vents (35 and 40 feet worth).
I would definitely recommend his service. Reasonably priced, he knows what he's doing and very friendly/responsive.

Called United Bat Control late in the evening due to a bat joining us in the living room.. They promptly answered the call and agreed to come out the next morning at 8am as the bat was contained in one room. Gave tips on how to keep the room sealed off. Arrived promptly the next morning. Bat was removed humanely. He said it would be tested for rabies and we'd be advised of the results. He took time to explain the possible ways bats get into the house and also talked about their tendencies, etc. Provided a detailed estimate on "bat proofing" the house. The estimate itself seemed very fair ($1100). We have not decided if we will do it at this time but will definitely use United Bat Control again if needed.

All work was very professional. Owner was right on time ( he came twice to do the service) aqnd very professional. I wasn't expecting the cost to be so high but bats are gone and the cost covers a three year warranty. would definately recommend this company.

We awoke to find a bat flying around in our bedroom and after looking into it realized this was likely the result of bats getting into the attic -- which can be a dangerous thing. We called several different services. One, which is a heavy advertiser in the area, gave us an estimate that was horribly inflated, which we of course rejected. I am not quite sure what the deal is with United, but it seems to be some sort of group, since the person we dealt with operates under an independent name. However, that is not a drawback -- we called United and got an immediate response, and it is always a nice thing to deal with an directly pay the person who actually does the work. We got a quick response, the guy was clearly expert at what he was doing, and he took care of the problem immediately. The process is a several stage one -- first, look around and confirm there are bats - fortunately we did not have many. Second, he put in one-way doors so the bats would leave (which they do every night) but not be able to get back in. With a high and steep roof, this was not so easy, but he did it with no problems. Then after about a week he came back and plugged up the holes that the bats would be able to get back in through. A nice bonus is that he also identified a few small holes that would let water in, and patched those as well. Finally, he is in the process of returning now that the weather is cooler to use a cold weather patch compound to do some cosmetic patching . We are very happy with the results and the professionalism. Only slight quibble is that they wanted payment upfront, while typically the best contractors want payment when they are all done. But I can understand that since they charge a fairly modest price and are in a service area where people are desperate to get the job done, they might otherwise get hit with a lot of no-pays. Since they got the job done, I have no complaints about having paid upfront.

He is having issues with getting rid of them but he is doing his best and it is not his fault. He is starting to feel like they have a personal vendetta against him. He has been great and I think we finally beat the problem. You call him and he comes within two days. He returns calls promptly and he shows up. I had paid him initially and don't pay him anything now since it is all under warranty. He warrants his work and honors his warranty. He knows what he is doing.

Fabulous. Another company had claimed to perform this service, but they did not and they did not honor the "warranty". Chris came when promised and did a neat and effective job. He installed the removal structures then returned in a week or so to seal against reinfestation. In addition, he is polite and personable. He also knows way more about bats than I would imagine most bats know! I hope I never have need of his services again, but I will call immediately if do.
