Dr Sanford diagnosed her Hyperthyroidism within 5 min. Three previous local Vets that we went to never even discussed this. Dr Sanford quickly and effectively coordinated treatment after a thorough discussion of options. Nassau is not cheap but in this case you get what you pay for- highly effective and professional treatment. The best!

Service has been excellent over the years, we’ve been there quite a bit. All of them seem expensive to me. They’re good and they’re close. They’re very solid and there is no reason to go further away.

We saw them just that one time and another time for hamster. They were a big facility. I love the staff and they are very friendly and very considerate with our hamster because they had to use a knife so they were very empathetic to my child. They are very informative with annual checkup and very informative to my other child and answers questions. They are kind of pricey, but quality was great.

Sometimes they do over test. They want to do a little more testing than I am comfortable with. They tend to be on the higher end of the scale.

Each time I go there, it is great. I've been using them over the years for my last three cats and they've been so helpful. They can do everything from minor things to major surgery. They saved my previous cat from a traumatic injury and rescued him. I just can't thank them enough. They've just been so wonderful. I always see the same veterinarian, Dr Phillip. I've had a tremendous experience with them. They are very professional and very caring, just wonderful people. They know what they are doing and their diagnosing is very good.

I stopped in there and they were very good. They had never seen me before but they took me in right away. The vet who saw me was very kind, compassionate and I will use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with this service. They really like animals and really like my dog. They take their time when my dog is being examined. I will use them again in the future,

We started going there when we had a puppy who had several issues. They helped us choose food and get the right medications and the puppy healthy again. Now we go for our annual visits but we are finding that spending $300-$400 for exams, tests, and medicines. Just way too much and will start to look for something else soon.

We have been clients of the clinic for many years. We greatly respect the owners and staff but are finding the cost excessive, the reliance on testing and the high volume of customers as negatives. We are utilizing another clinic for several of dogs and have found it more to our liking although further away. As a comparison, we had a dog undergo dentistry with double the number of teeth removed with overnight observation and nursing at another clinic and it cost less than half the cost at Nassau. Nassau's reputation and success seems to have caused its downfall in some ways. This is very difficult because we are long time clients and this feels disloyal! They are fine vets but get your credit card warmed up. We rarely get out of there for less then $200.

I am very satisfied with the genuine support this veterinarian always gives us. They are nice, the place is clean, and our dog gets along with them rather well. The costs are really good and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a very professional group of people that go out of their way to take care of you. They are very clean and courteous and my animal seems to like to stay there. I was also very satisfied with the overall price of both the exam and the cost for the boarding.

WE HAVE BEEN CLIENTS OF THEIRS FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE DEALT WITH SOME DOGS THAT WE HAVE LOST AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE WONDERFUL. THEY ALWAYS BATHE THE DOGS. THEY DO THE GROOMING AND OBEDIENCE TRAINING. THEY ARE GREAT.

THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY DOGS. THEY'RE A VERY NICE PLACE TO TAKE MY PETS. THEY'RE A VERY ORGANIZED PLACE. I WISH THE PRICE WASN'T SO HIGH THOUGH. THEY HAVE A VERY IMPRESSIVE OPERATION. I WALK IN THERE AND IT'S ALMOST BETTER THAN A HUMAN HOSPITAL.

I USE THEM AS VETERINARIAN AND FOR BOARDING. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY PROVIDE CARING SERVICE FOR MY DOGS. THEY TREAT MY DOGS AS IF THEY WERE THEIR OWN. MY DOGS LOVE GOING THERE.

OUR DOG LOVES GOING THERE, SHE LOVES TO GO EVERY TIME. SHE GETS EXCITED WHEN THE CAR DRIVES UP THERE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. THEY ARE VERY PERSONABLE AND THEY TAKE TIME TO TALK TO US AND OUR DOG.
