"I cannot recommend Five Star Bath Solutions enough. Felicia Trifaro showed me all the possibilities, and helped me select all the materials used in both bathroom renovations. Phil Trifaro took accurate measurements and informed of the installation process. They worked with my schedule on installation time. Now time for installation, Phil introduced us to both installers, Latchmal and Rocky and got our renovations started. He and Felicia also stopped in to make sure our projects were running smoothly. Our workmen paid excellent attention and were meticulous with all details. Their work was accurate and precise in every aspect. Our projects took four days to complete. Each evening we went over what had been done, everything was cleaned picked up and stored for the next days work, in addition to being informed regarding what would come next. "This was the second attempt to install my tub liner as the first installer cut the liner short and may have damage a couple of wall tiles in the process. A new tub liner had to be reordered and a different installer by the name of Paul Norton came out to the house to complete the job with a new liner. Paul was very courteous and professional in explaining everything that had to be done and even was able to repair the damaged tiles in a satisfactory manner. Except for the inconvenience of needing to have Bath Fitter come to my house for a second time to complete the job that should have been completed on the first try, I am happy with the final result and Especially the installer (PAUL NORTON) that came to the house the second time and finished the job. "We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. We are very pleased with their work and will call them the next time we have a plumbing problem."
