Very responsive and professional! Did excellent work installing a new tile bathroom floor. I would definitely use V & S again if I have any similar projects in the future.

Everything worked out splendidly. Sergey and his crew did a terrific job and we couldn't be happier. We had have an oversize shower in the master suite that was taken down to the studs and finished with Corian. No problems to speak of.

Everything was great. Steve set up the appointment and the service techs were on time. They were both very knowledgeable and was able to find and fix the problem so quickly. As an elderly woman who lives alone, it was refreshing to have such gentlemen working around the house. They were very kind and respectful. I felt safe the whole time.

Final product was just what I was like looking for.

Came over for an early morning estimate and never got back to me. Never answered my calls again. Just a waste of everyone's time, especially mine.

Sergey and all of the men who did the work were courteous, pleasant and very skilled. The tile work along with all facets of the job - plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting - were excellent. It was all completed in a timely manner and without a mess! We would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them for future projects.

The job went extremely well. The V & S team are consummate professionals. They arrived early, worked through the day and cleaned up each day before leaving. We are extremely pleased the the final product of a beautiful floor and backsplash. Sergei was very responsive to all questions and concerns while overseeing the progress of the job.

We couldn’t be happier with our finished bathroom. Sergey came to look and made several suggestions than enhanced our ideas. His projection in cost and time to complete were spot on. The crew who spoke mainly Russian were very polite, cleaned up daily, and the work was excellent. Sergey checked in almost every day. We’ve already talked to him about doing our 2nd bathroom. He showed up for the appointment to get an estimate but I never received an estimate. When I called to follow-up V&S Tile told me it would be emailed out by Monday.. That was 30 days ago. They wasted my time and effort.

We asked Sergey to come look at our bathroom and give us a quote for a remodel. He spent about a half hour looking at it and another half hour talking with my wife and I to see what we were looking for in a completed project. This is our only bathroom so one of the needs was for the toilet to be reconnected every night when they left. Sergey had a crew working on the bathroom every morning. They gutted the room down to the studs, moved and in some cases replaced plumbing, electrical switches and the fan, put up water resistant sheetrock and a new subfloor. The room was painted, floor tiled and the tub and shower area tiled, a new vanity, tub, lights, fan, cabinet, medicine cabinet and toilet were all installed. Sergey and his crew were extremely professional and very detail minded. They cleaned the area every evening before they left and were always working on something. The craftsmanship of the work is exceptional, especially the tile work on the floor and in the shower area. Sergey was always available to field questions and touched base with us often to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would highly recommend using them for a quality and beautiful bathroom remodel.

We had been considering remodeling our thirty-five-year-old bathroom for many years but couldn't find the right contractor. We started combing through Angie's List and stumbled upon V&S Tile & Bath Remodeling in Latham, NY. We read through almost 100 reviews with an average of 4.82/5.00 stars and thought these guys were too good to be true. Not so! They came in here and in 5 days, as promised, remodeled our entire second-floor bathroom at a very fair price. They replaced our tile floor with marble, replaced the vanity, sink, and toilet, and replaced a tired old bathtub with a walk-in shower that looks like it came out of a home design magazine. They also replaced 2 other toilets in our home while they were here. Were they timely? You could set your clock by these guys! They showed up every morning on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up as they went, not they made much of a mess at all. I did a lot of this type of work in my younger days so I can be a bit judgmental, but I could not find one single issue with the work they did. Sergey was a pleasure to deal with. He answered emails and texts in a timely manner and did not sneak in any extra charges at the end. He gave us exactly what we asked for. His crew, Alex, Eugene, and Slavo (not sure I have the spellings correct) and his father were fantastic, each one a true craftsman. Trust me, I do not know any of these guys nor do I know anyone who knows them, and I am not related to them. This is a straight-up, 100% honest review. Fantastic! V & S Tile gets a 10 of 10 rating! Professional & dependable my satisfaction came 1st & foremost! We needed a full kitchen remodel from floor to ceiling & there were a few challenges for them as the house is older. Leveling the floor, widening a doorway to the living room, installing new cabinets to perfection! The entire team were so friendly answering all my questions keeping me updated daily on the progress and working around my schedule. Their recommendations for flooring & counter tops were spot on. This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Sergey took the time to match the fixtures, door, and trim to that of the rest of the house and the bathroom looked great. I highly recommend V & S Tile and Bath to my friends and family and I am sure I will be using them again in the future.

Everyone with this company is very professional and worked on the project diligently. The bathroom was taken down to the studs and remodeled from floor to ceiling. The tile work is well done and the results are exceptional. The new bathroom is beautiful and upgraded from a very old ,worn out 1950's bath. The crew was always on time, cleaned up after themselves daily , and protected all surfaces in our house. Sergey and the staff were always friendly and professional. I would definitely hire V & S Tile again to do other projects.

Sergey and his men were great! From the very beginning, as far as getting the quote, to the date of completion, I was just so impressed. Having any contractor in your house is usually a little stressful, but Sergey's men were different. They showed up when they said, were very polite, and did a really fantastic job. Very unprofessional !!! Came and took measurements, never responded never heard from again. I guess they couldn't handle the job, must be nice to be able to pick and choose all the easy jobs If you couldn't handle the job, all you had to do was let me know.
