"After getting several quotes, last year we hired GenReady to install a house generator. Ed, the owner of the company impressed us from the start. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained the process as well as answering our questions. We knew right away that GenReady was the company for us. You have to go thru the secretary who is absolutely clueless to ask a question. The only time you see Sean is when he comes to your house for the estimate. After that he is unobtainable. When you call in the morning with a question your lucky if you get an answer by the end of the day or the next day. I found them to be overpriced, rude and even nasty at times. I would never use them again"
