They offered the lowest price then hit us with thousands in change orders we were forced to pay. They left the place filthy most of the time. They were not professional or responsible in acting out their duties as a GC. They were disorganized in their work and scheduling of subcontractors. They were incorrect in ordering of supplies causing wasted time and money. They did not build to plan specifications causing us numerous problems including a leaky roof. Jose lied to us a lot. They persuaded us to do things not in our best interests to rush through the job. They agreed to things then refused to live up to their agreement causing us problems with the building department. They claimed they did things but in reality cut corners . We were unaware that he failed to pay their floor subcontractor who walked off the job leaving us desperate to find and repay someone else so we can move in. He left the job unfinished and with tools and debris scattered in our yard and basement. He showed up 3 times out of the blue to pick up some tools and finish some work. Now he doesn't respond to our phone calls or letters to complete the work. We have been forced to pay others to do the job and have to sue him for the damages. DO NOT HIRE!
