Lucy and her team did a fantastic refinishing our hardwood floors. From estimate to project completion, everything was done in a weekâ s time, and we couldnâ t be happier with the results. Lucy and her team were proactive in communicating with us every step of the way and the price quoted for the work was easily the most cost effective and affordable for the scope of the project (three bedrooms and a hallway), which included carpet removal and disposal. Would highly recommend getting in touch with Lucy for any hardwood floor needs!

They always give excuses for not showing up on time or if they do not come, they do not call before showing up. When we assed the work, I notice how stained where it was not supposed, areas that never got sanded and others not stained, the work has not being complete and what they did is not properly done, When I called the company they did sent someone to inspect, and the inspector confirmed it was a mess and that it needed to be fixed, that he will speak with the owner, then I did not heard from them for a week, and when I texted her asking when they would send someone to correct the job she became rude to me, she have texted me unprofessional conversations and Said I just want to make drama.

There were numerous problems with this company. The workers made numerous mistakes doing my floor and had to come back two additional times to fix their mistakes. They sanded a hole in the pipe for the water to my refrigerator and while I was told I would receive the $125 I paid to replace the pipe which was broken two weeks ago, I have yet to receive my costs to replace the said pipe. I have a corner near my kitchen door that has not been sufficiently finished and I had my bathroom floor recently tiled and they got the brown stain all over the grout on my bathroom floor. I paid over $1000 for the tile and another $600 for the installation and now I will have to get the installer to come back to remove the grout that is stained. I have pictures of both the corner that was not sufficiently stained and my bathroom grout that is stained from their work. I had to pay for 400 sq ft even though my project was only 140 sq ft because I was told that was the minimum they would do and even though I paid extra they still did a terrible job. I trusted Angie to furnish me with a competent and professional company and yet I received nothing other that!

"Dear customer, we are not aware of any of those problems except the pipe you broke and I (Lucy ) decide to credit you just to make you happy. your credit card takes 7-10 business days to refund you. you still have a few extra days. When I provide you with my quote I explained my prices and my minimum charge, and you agreed to pay and I gave you an extra discount because you said you don't have enough money to afford this job. we never had to come back to fix any problems at your house, we finished your project on the same schedule date. We had to go back to show you that the broken pipe was damaged when you moved the refrigerator. in regard to your bathroom, we highly appreciate it if you communicate with us to remove any stains on your tile floors. (that WAS simple to resolve but I never heard anything from you). you didn't pay us extra you paid what was at your signed contract due to the minimum charge) if you need any assistance please contact me. Lucy."
