Our old porch was down and our new one was up in just a little over a week. They were even able to repair our leaky side roof! These guys were friendly, professional and very neat. "What an amazing experience! It is very rare to find a business with a group of people who are as knowledgeable, personable, professional, and reliable as the family who owns The Climate Chief. "Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"
