- H-D Pools & Services IncThe company attempted to install a liner in my pool. They incorrectly cut the hole surrounding the return valve and the pool did not hold water as a result. Over a months time, they made three trips to my home to try to repair it. I attempted to fill my pool after each repair resulting in over 22000 gallons of lost water. They failed to show up as promised for repairs and did not call. At times they did not answer the phone or return phone calls in a timely manner yet communicated through text messages. The incorrect installation date was written on the receipt and H-D would not issue a correct receipt upon my request. The company did not provide proof of insurance to me. Although the receipt states a 90 day warranty on all services, they refused a refund within that time. They attempted to hire a third party to repair the pool, but the company could not be validated. They refused to work with a third party of my choice to change the liner and would not give me a refund. They offered to compensate my time with free pool chemicals and a refund of water usage but did not do that either

"Luke did a great job. I was worried when I saw how young he was, however, I was pleased when we talked and I found out he was very well versed for his age. He even offered to touch up a hole in my wall. The night prior my son came back from college and had a little too much fun and somehow put broke a hole into one of our walls. "All of the Yerdon construction work went very well and the finished addition is all we had hoped to obtain for a very reasonable price. Tim Yerdon's staff did great work and were very professional at all times. We did have a problem with my heating and air conditioning contractor but Tim's folks fixed all the problems caused by my heating and air conditioning contractor. The Yerdon job came in on budget with no surprises. I would, and plan to use Yerdon Construction in the future for other projects around my home.
