"The job went great. It took two days; the first to remove and dispose of old fiberglass batts and debris and the second to do the attic work. This included: air sealing the attic, fire protection for all recessed lighting in ceiling, fire rated barrier around chimney, constructing and insulating a new hatch for access to attic, creating proper ventilation from soffits (which had been an ongoing problem) and blowing in approximately 18 inches of new cellulose insulation. The workers (four men) arrived on time, worked extremely well as a team and where very meticulous in their clean-up. I was very impressed by their professionalism and experience in completing the job."

The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. They will be our first call for any future projects."

"Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"
