Stinky but beyond that we just let air out for a while but it disappeared in a couple of days. They finished the work in one day. The quality was good and they went beyond what they promised."

"I hired them to remove old fiber glass insulation in attic and replace with blown in cellulose insulation along with sealing airflow from the 1st floor. The job was quoted as taking 3 days, it took 5 days and then we had them come back for items that were not up to par. No doubt this is dirty, hot, nasty work and for that I appreciated their efforts. But to honest I felt we had to squeeze them to get the best possible service possible. The workers arrived at 10am earliest and did about 4-5 hrs of work each day. We had lower quotes but went with the because of the 0% loan 6 mos loan and their paperwork showed their insurance. On paper they look professional, but I think their follow through is somewhat lacking."

This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
