"The service was above any beyond what we have experienced from anyone else we have hired. From the initial contact right through to the end of the project their service was outstanding. Gary, Bill, Mike and Joe were true professionals. The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Our property looks like they were never here. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. They will be our first call for any future projects."

This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. I added more attic insulation, install walkways in the attic, seal our two crawl spaces My only issue was the salesman would never get back to us with the before and after air tightness results. I wrote down the raw numbers when the workers did the air tests, but they promised 6 times that the salesman would get back to me on the final results and impact it should have on our bills.
