We have called more than 4 times and keep getting the same "pass the buck" story and never received our 10% off! What a joke! I guess I will start using Home Advisor instead of Angie's list!!! In addition, after the technician left, we had no hot water. It turns out the pilot light was out. I was able to reset it but was away and my daughter who lives there had no hot water for several days until I returned to check it out."
