Excellent. The door was repair to perfection and the garage door installed. Ken was informative, and very professional. The garage door now works better than ever and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend him.

We made an appointment to show up between 8:00 and 8:30. As our clock chimed 8:00 he knocked on our door. He verified that the Genie opener was not the problem then replaced both springs and the associated pulleys, oiled the worm drive mechanism and the door rollers and even replaced a burned out light with one I supplied.
The work was done quickly. The door works more smoothly than it has in years.

The whole experience went smoothly and quickly. I noticed that the garage door was pulling away from the wall on one side and was concered that the cable might snap. I looked on Angie's List and saw that a nearby person, Ken Rosier, had one glowing review, so I decided to give him a call. He answered the same day and made an appointment to come the next morning, which he did, right on time. He explained clearly his assessment of the situation and told me how he proposed to fix it, which he did right away. In so doing he had to remove the trim on one side, which he went up to the hardware store to get a replacement piece. He did not recommend an expensive overhaul of the whole system (which he might have done) but addressed everything in the simplest, most effective and least expensive manner. He was also personable and pleasant. The work was completed in less than two hours.
