We have an older cape with very boxy rooms and hired Mallette Quality Construction to open up our kitchen and dining room to create more of a great room feel. Jason provided outstanding customer service and the work was superior! There were no surprise costs (other than a gorgeous tile floor WE chose to add on at the end). We added on a large addition/great room , a covered porch, a new roof, and re-sided the entire home. We received an estimate within 48 hours of our initial meeting and the cost was substantially lower than the other two estimates we received.
