Very meticulous; Representatives were superb.

The shower was a custom shower with custom glass enclosure and custom molder shower base. They did an excellent job on the installation and the shower is a showpiece!

There were a few hickups on the job but what impressed me was how they tried to make things right and followed up after the job to make sure I was satisfied.

Salesman came to scope out the job and then met with him at their location. He was helpful in choosing materials that coordinated with new countertops. Scheduling the job took more weeks than anticipated, but once work started it was completed in reasonable time. The work was excellent in quality. It was not an easy job and required some problem solving on their part. Overall, very pleased with the completed job.

It was completed in two months and looks very good. We did a final inspection and found several items that needed to be completed or redone. The Project Manager came over and made of list of the items and said they were simple to fix and insisted on receiving their final payment. We paid it and that was a big mistake. It took 2 ½ months to get these “simple” fixes taken care of. The lesson is then not to give them their final payment unless everything is completely finished.

This is a tale of redemption. Originally my sales person brought in someone else to install the backsplash and the results were not good. However, after complaining about the work product, they sent their regular installer over to inspect the job and without hesitation he recommended the newly installed tiles be removed and the job be done over with new tiles of my choosing at no additional cost. I can't say enough about my conversation with the owner Jim, who is a consummate professional and whose bywords are customer satisfaction. Once their regular installer Chris recommended the replacement, Jim did not hesitate to authorize the request. Chris did a superb job in removing the existing tiles and replacing them with new ones. His work product is outstanding and beyond that he is personable and professional. In sum, things can and do go wrong, but thanks to Jim and Chris, Rochester Bath and Kitchen came through for me and made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. It is good to find a business that truly stands behind their promise of customer satisfaction.

They did a beautiful job. It was two bathrooms and a total gut, it wasn't cheap. It included walls and flooring. Everything got ripped out and replaced. When I say walls, they painted the walls. They replaced flooring, tubs, showers and sinks. They put in tile flooring. It was a rough feel tile, it feels warm and cool on your feet. The crew was clean and efficient. They didn't totally inconvenience me. They didn't do both bathrooms and once. They worked with me very well. They were clean and efficient and very nice guys. It was good work, very nice stuff. They were great. I have no complaints. Yes, I would use them again.

Excellent - very professional, competent, and top quality job. Also, quick, immediate 24 hour follow-up in regards to minor electrical and plumbing issues. Signed contract in January - work performed in June as promised. Manufacturing/sales contact extremely helpful in design, material selection, and color coordination. Project manager excellent in managing project schedule, attention to detail, and immediate follow-up. In addition, project manager was very helpful in analyzing upstairs bathroom issues and recommendation of resources to fix problems, even though beyond scope of original project. All employees and subcontractors were very competent, professional, and performed work of the highest quality. Project delivered on-time and at the contracted cost. Changes after contract signing documented clearly through ECO changes. I would strongly recommend Rochester Bath & Kitchen for those considering a major kitchen upgrade.

The team was very punctual and respectful of our house and family. Never once did we feel at odds leaving them alone to work in our home. They worked very hard to stay within budget and went above and beyond on the detail of work and cleanup. It was a pleasure!

Very well. The Rochester Bath & Kitchen team was punctual, neat and did very high quality work. They were very clean and the remodeling did not disrupt our daily routines at home.

It went smoothly and as scheduled.

Everything went well on my remodel, from the initial sales call, to working with my salesman in the showroom, to the pricing and the timing of the work. The painter they recommended was a Master, and he ended up squeezing in the work over a weekend because I had a last minute issue. The two workman who did the job were terrific; cordial, neat, respectful and funny. We had a good time, and my bathrooms are now my favorite places in the house. I would recommend this company to anyone, and already have.

Crew was efficient and knowledgeable, and work was done on schedule.

The service was wonderful from start to finish.  From my first phone call the service was excellent.  The salesperson came to my home and showed my samples, measured and gave me pricing.  My husband and I then went to the showroom in East Rochester to look at all of the options and make the final selections.  He was great to work with.  The schedule was adhered to and everyone was on time for all appointments.  All of the guys who did the work were awesome!!  They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, all the things you want!!!  My home was cleaner when they left than before they began the work!!!  We were doing a replacement to a "tub to shower" conversion done by another company 8 years ago.  The original work was not done well and we were having issues with the shower insert and flooring.  
My son is in a wheelchair and uses a roll in shower chair.  The salesperson and the workers had great suggestions on where things should be placed for my son.  They were all respectful to his situation and asked for his input with the placement of bars and the shower attachments.  I would recommend Rochester Bath to everyone!!!  I would especially recommend them for any ADA work that someone might need.  From start to finish, this was a great company to work with!!!!  If I ever have another bathroom project I will 100% call Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling!!!!!

Russ was our sales person and was very patient and guided us through the project. As it was the first time we took on this size project, his knowledge and suggestions were invaluable. There were times when he would explain where we could save on expenses and still end up with a great looking kitchen. All the workers were punctual, cleaned up as the project progressed, and were open to any questions we had. They were committed to meeting our needs and returned after the initial job was done to address some changes we requested. We will be using their services again for future updates.
