Check the BBB. Looks like Jim sold to Kris Oaks (Owner). Kris owns Kitchen by Oaks f/k/a Kitchens by Countryside. We did a full kitchen and Powder room remodel with Kitchen by Countryside. Many, many problem. Six week project turned into a 56 week project. We had Kris Oaks to the house during the project thinking we would get the problems resolved. We had the Better Contractor Bureau (B.C.C) do an inspection of the work in progress. We were advised to find another contractor to finish the project. If you use Four Points Remodeling, you will probable get Oak Construction doing the installation. Same people, same results?

This was our second remodeling project with Four Points, and just like the first, we couldn’t be happier! Four Points installed new quartz countertops and other upgrades in our kitchen. Jim and his crew were meticulous in their work to ensure the new countertops fit properly with our existing cabinets and backsplash. I’m sure this was trickier than a complete remodel, but they pulled it off without a hitch, and it looks fabulous! They also did a great job remodeling our powder room. Jim and Missie were very accommodating in giving me the time I needed to make selections. They patiently answered my questions, both before and during the project. My husband and I are already looking forward to our next project with Four Points!

Jim and Missie and their team were terrific. Missie and Jim both helped with the design. Chris and John were in our home on time and working hard every day. They were personable, professional, and highly skilled. Jim came regularly throughout the process and assisted whenever he was needed. All the work and materials were of the highest quality. Chris hand-built the bench for our new banquette and Jim built us a beautiful new oak table. We could not be more pleased with the result and recommend Four Points for any remodeling project.

Over the past few years, Four Points remodeled our kitchen, upstairs bathroom and basement. Each job was completed as promised, on time and was done very professionally. The work crews consistently notified us of progress and allowed for minor adjustments to the plan along the way. Work began on time each day and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We're running out of rooms to remodel, but if/when we need another, we'll call Four Points first.

Our master bath remodel went very smoothly, start to finish! Our project was on the smaller side, but we received the same attention to detail and quality workmanship that our friends did who had Four Points do a gorgeous upscale kitchen remodel a few years ago. Missie is a talented designer who really helped us bring our ideas to life. She was very patient as we contemplated our options before finalizing our plans. Chris and John, our crew, were extremely professional, tidy and punctual. They observed all CDC safety guidelines and we felt very safe having them working in our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jim touched base with them regularly, and personally oversaw a couple minor tweaks that were required at the end of the project, as there are in any home renovation project. We love our new bathroom and cannot wait to plan our next project with Four Points!

Wow! After a year of searching for a company to remodel our bathroom we struck gold. Missie, Jim and crew were a breath of fresh air and such a pleasure to work with. They stayed within our budget and never tried to sell us something we didnt want or need. The crew was always punctual, extremely friendly and patient with any questions! They were able to save a cabinet of ours that other contractors said would have to be removed or replaced. The finished remodel exceeded our expectations! We would definitely recommend to my family and friends!!

We hired Four Points to remodel our master bathroom and another full bathroom, both 20+ years old. Missy and Jim were great to work with to choose the concepts and the materials. I hired Jim and Missie of Four Points Remodeling to do a partial remodeling of my kitchen and install a new workshop in the basement. They gave me plenty of good advise as far as design and minimizing costs. Jim is very experienced in any technicalities whereas Missie has a vision and is great with details. They are honest, responsive, and very professional. In addition, they have a great crew that worked in my home for a month: I missed them when they were done! After years of talking about it we finally decided to remodel our old outdated kitchen. After meeting with several contractors we decided to go with Four Points. Jim and Missie Montgomery not only gave us a fair competitive price for the project, they took the time to get to know us and what was important to us. Missie listened and made wonderful suggestions to bring our kitchen together. Jim and his crew were professional and meticulous while keeping our kitchen usable with as little inconvenience possible. We added things to the job while it was in progress and each add was handled professionally. I highly recommend that anyone looking to remodel any room in their house to include Four Points in their bid process. We will definitely hire them for any future jobs!

Jim and Missie were a pleasure to work with. Their workers were skilled, punctual, hardworking, and good clean uppers. They were extremely responsive when contacted either by phone or email. One needs to sign up early for service to get on the list. The project took the amount of time as projected. Overall, a fine experience.

I just finished my first remodeling project with Jim and Missie of Four Points Remodeling. I was nervous about my first project but the entire process was really smooth and relatively easy. With all the choices out there, I was afraid of being overwhelmed but Missie made the process really simple. She worked with me on the design of my kitchen then narrowed down the selections I had to make based on my preferences. Once my selections were done, I had to wait a few months for the work to actually start but it was worth the wait. Four Points has their own crew and Bogdan and Dan were really detail oriented and did their best cleaning up after each day’s work. The remodel happened during the winter but the cold weather didn’t hamper the work. Missie and Jim quickly addressed the small issues I had and I’m very happy with the end result. I went from a kitchen with a poor layout and no counter space to one that now flows, is functional, has 3 times the counter space and looks beautiful and modern! I chose Four Points based a referral from a friend who had used them multiple times so I did not get competitive quotes. Working with Four Points was not the least expensive option but considering they did the entire job from top to bottom and handled all the details so I did not have to worry was a huge relief and worth the money to have things done right the first time.

We are very pleased with the work done by Four Points. We contracted with them based on a recommendation from friends, and the fact that they do not use sub-contractors. We found Jim and Missie great to work with. Most importantly, they listened to what we wanted in our bathroom. We were able to get all the features in the room that we asked for, under our maximum budget! The technicians who did the remodel were pleasant, courteous and clean. Our new bathroom functions properly and is beautiful! We will be using the again when we have work done in our kitchen.

We had a really good experience with both Missie and Jim, and with the people who did the work as well. We did not have a clear idea of what we wanted our bathroom to look like, and Missie's design ideas were great. They were helpful and easy to work with. We had a few different estimates done by other companies, and Four Points was on the low end of the range - very reasonable. We certainly did not have to compromise in terms of customer service though. Any questions or concerns were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. Would highly recommend, and am hoping to have them back for another project soon.

We were pleased with all aspects of the remodel. Missie and Jim were great to work with, as was the crew that was at the house doing the work. Missie and Jim met with us many times to help us finalize design elements and layout. They were responsive to our questions and needs through the process, including excellent follow up to make sure we were happy with the final results. We would definitely work with them again. We rated the price as N/A as we didn't receive competing quotes for this project. We had previously met with other contractors (not including Four Points) for a potential project in our kitchen. When we decided to do our bathroom instead, Four Points was the only contractor we contacted. We appreciated their honest and friendly approach. We immediately felt comfortable with them, which was not the case with any of the contractors we had previously contacted.

We had an excellent Remodeling of our 2 Bathrooms and Kitchen over 4wks, June 2018. We started months earlier, working with Designer Missie, deciding on what our needs and wants were for each space. The primary changes for the baths were to make them more handicap accessible. The kitchen needed more usable space for storage and we wanted a bench built between to 2- tall pantry cabinets. The area was wasted space and the bench would add seating to our kitchen table. Bogden their craftsman of everything: plumbing, electrical, custom work was a joy to work with. Cory, apprentice kept up the fast pace providing tools, set-up, cleanup, sawing etc. Jim,contractor owner worked with us from beginning going through the whole project with Missie, to get everything correct on paper. Then Jim was there til the end for our questions and any corrections. They used quality products and materials and were fair priced. Renee & Tony

I needed two floors replaced and a complete kitchen makeover. Jim and Missy put me at ease from the beginning of this project. The showroom made selecting new cabinetry, countertop, flooring, and hardware a breeze with no running around trying to make my selections. Everything went smoothly. The only minor snag was due to my decision to change the backsplash tile, and I'm so glad I did, because I absolutely love the backsplash! And my beautiful Cambria quartz countertop! Questions and concerns were addressed promptly and courtesously. Add-ons along the way were worked in (widening of a doorway, adding a couple new doors) without a problem. I LOVE my new kitchen and floors. Every person, from the front desk to the guys that did the work, represented Four Points with courtesy and professionalism. Missy and Jim are wonderful and very easy to work with.
