we hired them because they were going to run a new duct along with new furnace. We were verbally lied to that duct would be installed but they did not put it in writing , So we hired them and they refused to do the run , told us to find someone else . We now have a little girl's room with no heat. Don't trust them, they will say anything to get the job!

Their technicians are first class.

All their personnel were very professional and answered any question I had. Highly recommend them!!

I would have rated them higher except no one told me that they turned the water back on. I turned the faucet in the bathroom all the way on and I have a slow running drain. It overflowed on the kitchen floor. I had to get the shop vac and clean the whole thing up. Their workmanship was excellent and timing was perfect. Also the price was reasonable.

This review is my opinion based on my personal experience. Hire anyone but this company. Hired them to install a whole home mini-split and it has not worked correctly since day 1, trying desperately for them to come to fix it but all I have gotten is run around and excuses. All I want them to do is to send out a tech to do a full diagnostic of the system to make sure it is working as intended. They would rather make excuses and do anything and everything but what I am asking them to do. Horrible company, stay far away. They also offered to put in a dryer vent and ended up putting it in completely the wrong spot, not where I wanted them to and where we agreed it would go, they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. I wish I hired a diamond certified contractor for Mitsubishi Mini Splits instead of this company.

they a very neat and pro. job both inside and outside the house. I believe that they did a better job than the builder did. they answer all my question. Everything was replaced instead of just cleaning out the old pipes. I give them a 10 out of 10 for everything.

I am pleased with Fros Co. so far, everything is working as it should. They were efficient & on-time. The only little hiccup was that they broke the attic hatch. We called them about it after they left & the next day they brought a new one.

I'm rating FROS service, professionalism and responsiveness as outstanding! Very happy with our investment in ductless mini-split A/C and heat pump for bonus room from FROS. Excellent, consultative proposal, great installation and followup. FROS team delivered above and beyond. Hit the mid-way point of my project, the team is doing a great job, clearly taking pride in the work they are doing and stepping up to the challenge of retrofitting an AC system into an old home and preserving the charm of the house and achieving the goals of the project. It always bodes well when the crew are psyched about the job - kudos to Jerry and Austin for converting the plan to reality, and thanks Kevin for assembling the team and coming up with a workable solution to the challenge! Looking forward to seeing how this will work out

Respectful and knowledgable

The folks from Fros did an excellent job! Kevin was very clear and detailed when giving us our quote, and the installers did a wonderful job (which included some custom metal work that was impressive). And all of them were very friendly and approachable. We definitely made the right choice going with them for our install.

The furnace installation was completed within one week of signing the contract. Minor corrections from install were addressed the next day.

It was a rocky start because of some of their personnel issues they were having with the initial install team. Once they got that sorted out it was a good recovery.
