"My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation.
