Get matched with top gutter repair and replacement pros in Queens, NY

"We spent several years repairing our flat roof one leak at a time. A patch near the front wall would hold, then another leak would appear beside a plumbing vent or at the rear drain. Eventually we realized that the yearly repair bills were postponing a replacement rather than preserving a roof with much useful life left. The full project became realistic after we were referred to a third-party finance company. We submitted the application to the lender and qualified for a monthly payment arrangement under its terms. The roofer did not provide the loan, but the financing meant we could replace the roof without waiting for another interior leak. Multiple roofing layers were removed during the project. The oldest material had trapped moisture around the drain and beneath part of the front parapet flashing. Several decking boards in those areas were replaced, while the majority of the roof structure remained sound. The new assembly included insulation, a membrane roof, drain detailing."

"Efficient, polite and reasonably priced. Showed up on time. They did a great job replacing the gutter. The job costed exactly what they estimated. Would definitely use them again."

"Fast response to request for quote. Thorough explanation of repair needed & cost of the job. Prompt & efficient repair of gutters & replacement of gutter guards."

"They did great work. Arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. However, I feel that they may have overcharged,, since replacing the damaged gutter was an emergency due to heavy rain.and the possibility of my basement flooding. I would hire them again. Would just check prices out first."

"JP Restoration Service Corp. Was professional prompt and worked quickly. They gave an estimate of two days and was able to replace my gutters, repair sections where my soffit was too badly worn, and replace some bad wood and missing shingles on my roof. They also were the only contractors that came out to my home and made their assessment before giving an estimate on the work that needed to be done. . The other contractor I called made their estimates by looking at my house on Google Street views. Highly recommend JP Restoration"

"Genti of Proper Construction was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced rotted cedar shake on a very steep incline on one of my dormers. The job was done quickly, efficiently and at a terrific value. Would highly recommend and use again."

"CMC's Carlos called me and scheduled an appointment to come out the same day to inspect my vinyl siding, which came down in the last big storm in my area. He showed up the following day and went to work. He and his team were thorough, and Carlos kept me updated throughout the process. I will be calling CMC back for future jobs. Do not hesitate to hire them."

"Edward was very efficient and explained the repair procedure. Appreciated his willingness to come over right away as he was working close by in order to facilitate the repair in advance of predicted rain in the area soon. Will use this service again if needed!"

"Carlos and his team did a great job replacing and repairing my gutters. Carlos came quickly and was willing to work on a Sunday to avoid the rain coming later in the week. They showed up on time, worked all day, and charged exactly what he said he would, which was very fair. The .5 off for work quality is for the damage done to my wisteria by not listening to where I said to trim it away from the gutter. But that's not a huge problem as they aren't gardeners! I will definitely call Carlos again when I have issues with my gutters. He also pointed out a roof problem which needs quick repair, which I appreciated."

"Rocky and team were very professional and did good work repairing and resealing our roof. Definitely recommend."
