I had a friend whom I had hire for other jobs inside my home to repair my roof because he said that he could do it. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the outcome and concerned with long term effects of a substandard job. I contacted five boros and they came out right away, I explained the situation they gave me two quotes, a repair and a full replacement. They were patient with me making my decision because I was experiencing family problems. I decided on the full replacement because of the 20 year warranty. They were professional and efficient. They kept me updated with the progress of the job. The next morning I noticed that they forgot to put the gutter guards back on I contacted them immediately and they arranged to come out and replace it. I recommend the highly and whole heartedly. I plan to use the to replace my house roof in the spring.

Everything was great. the job was priced right, scheduled quickly, and completed on time. The dormer looks great, and I'm very satisfied. No squirrel tenants anymore!!

The great: Inspected the roof and got the report in right away. Nice, personable and professional. The Strange: After the inspection and after they informed me of the fixes that needed to be done, they did not respond when I asked for an estimate. Maybe because they were small fixes and not worth the time? I do not know.

The end of September 2023 my upstairs ceiling was leaking badly. In Brooklyn, NY we had constant rainfall towards the end of that month. I had to put out buckets in 2 areas. I was very concerned about the cost of this repair. I contacted 5 companies. 4 of them were through the Angi’s list app. Five Boro was the 2nd company to contact me back, but I had arranged them as the 4th to come and inspect. No rhyme or reason for that. I spoke with Gia on Sunday. She was very professional and arranged for Five Boro to come out Tuesday to give me a free estimate. As soon as I came from work their guys were there checking out my roof. They took pictures and video. Paul called me in a few minutes and explained to me that my roof was in pretty good condition. He said the troublesome areas were where the ‘penetrators’ were. (I think I’m saying it the right way.) Those were like beams and other things that stuck through roof based on how house was built. The work guys respectfully took off their boots when they came in house and took pictures and video all the while talking to Paul on the phone. Paul then said to me that they could do that patchwork at that time as his men were already there. He quoted me a cost that I was definitely able to work with. Gia emailed me the proposal and I accepted. They even removed my mom’s old satellite dish and patched the holes it made. Paul explained everything and that was very helpful. What they did that afternoon worked. I have not noticed any leaks or new leaks on my upstairs ceiling and we had more rainfall the following weekend. I am soooooo glad for Five Boro. They were professional, respectful, and seemed to display integrity. I did not feel bullied or taken advantaged of which I felt with other contractors who came out and gave me costly quotes. Nor did I get an expensive quote from someone who didn’t even come to see the roof. Because of everyone I came in contact with from Five Boro and their work ethic, I hope to work with them again. Five Boro did an amazing job repairing Globe construction horrible job. Five Boro did a through inspection leaving no stones unturned. They did, what I would consider true professional workmanship. I feel very satisfied and confident and now I can sleep at night knowing that my roof is safe and free of leaks for many years to come. Thank you Five Boro Remodeling.

These guys were not only incredibly professional, they were respectful and great to work with! Every man on their crew was terrific, from wearing masks and checking their shoes, to doing the best work possible! I have no doubt in the quality of the work done, it will last 25 years, The manager of the job was on top of every step! Highly recommend.

They were very professional and very respectful. They showed up early and the job was completed on time. They did a thorough clean up job of not only my property but also the neighbors property. The job was done as specified. The project manager was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Five Boro to others.

Eric and his team were excellent from start to finish. Eric is very detailed and knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator. The guys were totally professional and did a great job. Five Stars all around.

Very pleased with the work they did for my home. They were consistently on time, knowledgeable and great with details. They were also able to help me with other projects that came up unexpectedly along the way which helped so much!

Explained everything carefully and was very patient with my mother who is older .Helped with the claim and even got the Interior added to the project .
