I appreciated that they focused on what actually needed attention instead of trying to sell us a completely new roof. The crew worked pretty quickly and cleaned up well afterward. We?ve had a couple of good rains since then and the gutter is finally draining the way it should, with no issues from the repaired section of the roof. Very happy with how it turned out."

The .5 off for work quality is for the damage done to my wisteria by not listening to where I said to trim it away from the gutter. But that's not a huge problem as they aren't gardeners!
