I appreciated that they focused on what actually needed attention instead of trying to sell us a completely new roof. The crew worked pretty quickly and cleaned up well afterward. They showed up on time, worked all day, and charged exactly what he said he would, which was very fair. The .5 off for work quality is for the damage done to my wisteria by not listening to where I said to trim it away from the gutter. But that's not a huge problem as they aren't gardeners! I will definitely call Carlos again when I have issues with my gutters. He also pointed out a roof problem which needs quick repair, which I appreciated."
