The installation went smoothly in spite of a lack of information from me. The technician was friendly and efficient. He even cleaned up afterwards.

Rajeev was very easy to deal with; he explained his procedure, with pricing, and scheduled me quickly to have my complex AV issues addressed. The tech he dispatched, Dixon, was extremely knowledgeable and polite. he spent time understanding the problems and solved them in a systematic, efficient way. he then explained what he had done. i definitely recommend this company and would use them again. TecDsign did an excellent job in repairing my home theater system. They figured out the problem in about 10 minutes and repaired the problem on the spot. They are professional, smart and respectful. I highly recommend.

My heart was broken by TecDsign, LLC's hiring. I expected so much and got so little; I got so upset that I would not recommend it to anyone. Knowledge of installation is zero. If I wanted this type of installation, I would do it myself. He just sent his workers to do the job, but he sent unqualified workers. As far as payment, he wanted to pay half the money before starting to mount the TV.

Needed two Ethernet cables run between floors. Cables were installed neat. The gentlemen who installed it was completely professional. I will be using them again if needed
