None of these professionals noticed or mentioned several serious problems with our plumbing and heating equipment. A couple of these problems could have resulted in a catastrophic flood of the entire basement within hours. Jarred Fay of F & F came in and explained all of the issues very clearly and installed a new water heater (a very expensive gas power vented type) and fixed all of the shoddy work that had previously been done at the house. His prices were several hundred dollars lower than the large company that I have a service contract with quoted me.
