They were very thorough. They were able to pinpoint the issue right away and fix it in a timely manner.

My experience with Empire Plumbing and drain was a very positive and successful experience. We had a leak in our basement and called them. They came right away. They saw all the water on the floor and came the next day to fix it. They came in the morning and the job only took a few hours. It's been about 3 weeks and my basement is still dry. I really appreciate all their hard work and dedication. Any future plumming jobs, we will be calling them. I highly recommend this company for any plumming needs.

Anthony was great! He went above and beyond to make sure water flowed freely to my refrigerator and was able to diagnose another problem I was having and replaced some worn parts for me. He traveled an hour to my house, not once but twice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

We had a clogged drain that was more complicated than just snaking it. One of the drain pipes neede dto be replaced. He explained what needed to be done and completd the work the same day for a fair price. He is an honest plumber. Will use him again.

Anthony did a fabulous job of replacing 3 old turn off valves that had seized up, as well as installing 2 new kitchen faucet stems and an O-ring. He always called to confirm his arrival and was very professional and conscientious in his work. He checked all his repairs multiple times and was very thorough. In the early evening, just before he was about to finish, he discovered a previously unidentified leak that required additional parts. He actually traveled over 20 miles to an open hardware store to acquire the needed parts, returned, and repaired this newly discovered leak. His patience and perseverance are amazing! He is an honest, hardworking plumber who truly knows his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Very professional and timely. Replaced copper piping in a tight craw space. Replaced entire bath/shower fixtures and double checked for any leaks. No bs and very reasonable rates.

He did a very good job and super clean

Anthony and his brother were so easy to work with. They diagnosed a septic back up and replaced a lot of corroded cast iron and galvanized plumbing which was leaking and always clogging. They showed up when they said they would and gave us a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.
