Some very old pipes started leaking after a previous contractor had moved them. Was able to come out the evening I called and give me estimates, options, and a lot of useful info the same day. Completed a lot of pipe replacement that same week and then came out the following week for an extra job hooking up an old outdoor faucet into the new piping. New pipes looking excellent, a real pro, highly recommended.

Brian was punctual, vastly competent and an independent plumber as opposed to many, in my experience, whom are not what the represent themselves and work at billing up the clock. Bravo to Brian!!

This was our second service call by Brian. Brian responded as promised and worked diligently to complete his work. Simply put, Brian is a great plumber (and a nice person!). I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly to others.

On the Angie's phone app, this contractor's profile indicated they provided 24 hour emergency service. We called early Saturday morning seeking help to resolve a frozen pipe and as of 5 days later, never had a response to our call. It was disappointing, especially in an emergency situation. Someone shouldn't claim to be a 24 hour emergency service provider when they can't even respond.

Brian had a couple of other jobs but was able to make it to my house in the evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the tub faucet and swapped out the cartridge, which had frozen and cracked. Pretty straightforward and Brian was able to resolve it quickly. The sink faucet had similar problem but was more problematic. Brian had to disconnect a lot of the plumbing to extract the cold water tap and extract the cartridge. Was a bit of struggle since it was screwed on very tight. But he was able to finally remove and replace the cartridge, and then reconnect everything. He also noticed that the water in the toilet was frozen and that the flapper was about to go, so he swapped that out quickly. All together, it was a couple of hours of work, but he was able to resolve everything, which was a big relief.

Brian worked with me via the phone as this is a rental property. He planned a time to come, communicated expected costs with me and went well above fixing the symptom. Brian replaced whole large sections of old and corroded metal pipe with new plastic pipe. He was also able to help me install a new shut off valve for my outside faucet. The work is very clear, he cleaned up everything. I literally have no complaints. The price was fair and I've found my new plumber. I imagine it's possible to find cheaper but Brian is the real deal and real value.

OK-was more expensive than I had hoped because he had to run the cutter mechanism from two different points because we did not know where blockage was underground.

I think compared to others the price is better and the work is satisfying and problems don't occur soon.

They came on time and finished the work and fixed the problem. The workers were fine and left the area clean.

Mr. Santora made an appointment with me and quickly arranged to have his certificates of insurance emailed for my file. He showed up early for the appointment (having called first) and took care of both problems to my satisfaction, leaving his work area spotless. Mr. Santora's demeanor was both friendly and professional and his charges were reasonable. I will certainly call ISE Plumbing and Heating again should the need arise.

He did a good job. He's a really good person. As soon as I called him, he came out the same day. He gave me the time he would come out as 5 o'clock and he came out at that time. He was reasonable also. He explained to me everything and then he said he would charge me about $300 or $400. That evening he came and fixed it. He finished the work and I gave him the money and that's it. I don't want to give him too much on the price because next time he may want to charge me more so I would give him a B+. Quality was really good. Responsiveness was really good. He came on the same time as he said.

Excellent. Brian was very responsive, had ideas and listened to help find the best solution. I hired him to install a new 50 gallon water heater, and he ended up doing that and helping me resolve an electrical issue that was not easily diagnosed. He was quick to respond, showed up on time as expected and made sure the installation was great.

Brian responded to my call and arranged to arrive that afternoon. He corrected the leak outside which was the cause and we traced the lines to better understand the plumbing design on this house. He also installed a shut-off valve to a line that required one.

Call Brian. I will never call anyone else.

I was at work and my wife took care of the arrangements. He quickly addressed the problem and clog seemed to be fixed. Several days later problem recurred but Brian came over right away and took care of it at no extra cost other than materials. Since then no problems! Better price than other plumbers in the area when we had same problem last year.

ISE came out on the same day I called knew just what to do to get the job done. Very professional I would use them for all my plumbing needs.

It went really well. The installer did a great job. Made sure his work was to code. Very diligent.

One month later, and no response from ISE.  Only crickets chirping............
