January 5th job was started Friday the 7th no go because of weather Saturday the8th crew was here working and returned on 10th and job was wrapped up by 3PM. I had already used Tigasi Home Improvement for a smaller Rockwool basement ceiling job and they were very reasonable in price, thorough and clean so I turned to them for this project. Again they gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for removing old insulation, sealing gaps and then insulation, and Fausto explained the process well. He was very patient and understanding with my tenants' concerns, as access was via a drop down ladder in one unit's hallway. I also wanted an extended platform for storage in the attic and they were able to sort this out for a reasonable price.The team kept the job site extremely tidy and they were pleasant throughout. Bucky and Chris were outstanding. The wood around our patio door had rotten badly. They were able to correct all the damage. The quality of their work is excellent. Plus they are knowledgeable and friendly. Jose and his co-worker installed the gutters. They, too, were wonderful. Jose's attention to detail is outstanding. He made sure the gutters were angled properly to drain correctly as well as created a downspout to accommodate my rain barrel.
