Even though they send you a work order to sign. They added wtuff to it and tried to bill us 25% more for work I never needed or asked for. Very disappointed in the end. Too bad, started out very promising.

"There was an original agreement that there were four corners that were leaking. The customer was asked if any others on the home were leaking, would he like them fixed as well?. The customer replied yes and the job was completed. When I reminded him of our conversation, he said I'm only paying you for the contract and he refused to pay for the extra corner he agreed to."
