Jairo and his team were punctual, clean, and got the job well. He was not a “done and run” type of a contractor, but stood by his work for over two years. I called Jairo recently to check on a downspout problem during an epic storm, and that same night I made a huge mistake and accidentally unplugged my basement sump pump. Jairo showed up the next morning while I was at the hospital with my child who had an emergency, and once he found out the dire situation I was in, he just took care of the problem himself. He didn’t ask for money, but just did another man in need a much needed favor.
