"Xterior Solutions was great to work with start to finish. From the initial sales call with Matt Sullivan, I was confident that the company was capable and dependable. Matt was very knowledgeable (told me things other roofers neglected to mention) and was punctual. Xterior has great reviews for a reason...their salespeople are professional, their workers are punctual and very skilled, and the end product is terrific. On top of it all, my warranty from Xterior (ultimately straight from Owens Corning) was MUCH better (2x as long, I believe) than what I was quoted from a "big box" store that I was ridiculously close to hiring. Importantly, Matt advised me as to the importance of soffit vents which were never even mentioned by other prospective installers. Everything Matt told me regarding the soffits, the shingles to be used, the installation, all turned out to be true. To top it off, Xterior completed the job in a little over one day! I was amazed as it required the old roof to be torn off and the new work to be done...in addition to all the cleanup. The owner of the company even showed up on the day of install and was very responsive to all of my inquiries (as was the salesman Matt). I can't even emphasized how great Xterior was great to deal with. On top of their professionalism all around, the price I paid was actually lower than other bids I received even though the warranty I received was MUCH longer and the shingles used for the job were of superior quality! (Owens Corning). I would absolutely recommend Xterior Solutions for your roof! I absolutely dreaded taking this project on but Xterior made the process painless and their finished product looks absolutely terrific. Their work made the house look SO much better.
