John answered my email instantly with a phone call, gave me a fair price and arrived when promised. He and his assistant worked carefully to remove a piano and several large pieces of furniture. Although they worked very quickly the took great care not to damage rugs, floors, doorjambs, etc

I could not have been more pleased. John was highly energetic, organized, well-informed, efficient and completed all the work I asked him to do, in the rain, and left the site spotless. He and his workers hauled away some four truckfulls of items collected over 25 years from the basement, garage and laundry room of the house. What a burden was lifted from me! The price was fair and It was well worth it.

I called John to dismantle and cart away a metal swing set that was damaged in Hurricane Sandy. He called me about a minute after I posted my request. He said he could come the next day. The next day he called and said he'd come by in an hour. He showed up when he said he would. He took care of the swing set in about 15 minutes. No fuss. No muss. Quality, professional work.

I was very pleased with New York Maintenance. The old and unused toolshed in my backyard had been partially destroyed by a falling tree during Hurricane Sandy. They were quick to respond and quicker in doing the job. They removed the shed and all the junk inside and around it. Great quality and professionalism for the money.

Get the job done same day, on the Saturday before Labor day. John responded quickly and price is reasonable.

This last job priced high, but we were moving and had little choice.

Picked up my junk that weekend - on a SUNDAY. Very courteous and efficient and the price was right. The only other contractor who responded was charging DOUBLE ! I will always use NY Maintenance.
